When you register or use the community, we may collect the information you provide, such as your name, username, email address, profile details, and account preferences. We also collect the content you choose to share in profiles, groups, forums, activity updates, comments, messages, and uploaded media.
Like most websites, we may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device information, referral information, and the date and time of visits. We use cookies and similar tools to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and help protect the site.
How we use information
We use information to create and manage member accounts, provide community features, display content according to the privacy settings of groups and forums, communicate about your account, maintain security, prevent spam and misuse, and improve the site.
Community content and sensitive information
Content you post may be visible to other members who are permitted to view that group, forum, or area of the community. Please use care before posting personal, private, or health-related information. Do not post information you would not want other authorized members to see.
When information may be shared
We may share information with service providers that help host, secure, maintain, or protect the site, including anti-spam services when they are used. We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect the site, its members, or others. We do not share private community content with the general public unless you make it public or we are legally required to do so.
Cookies
Cookies may be used for login sessions, preferences, security, and basic website operation. You can usually control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling them may affect site features.
How long we keep information
We keep account information and community content for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the community, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce site rules. If an account is deleted, some content may remain where needed for the integrity or administration of the community, unless removal is required by law.
Your choices and requests
You may request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of personal information associated with your account by contacting info@eddedwards.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. Some information may need to be retained for legal, security, or operational reasons.
