    Hey everyone, I am new. I haven’t taken the 3 hour course yet but seen Ed on Ancient aliens. I alway wanted to move matter. I do feel the energy from my hands and spine.

    Also when I mediate I go into a dream state while awake and every once in a while when I meditate my body is moving back and forth? Is that energy flow or chakra blockage or both?
